- Once a payment is successfully made, it is confirmed via a transaction ID, and a receipt will be generated. Please retain this receipt for your records.
- Fees paid online are directly applied to the respective account for the intended purpose, such as admission, tuition, or other college fees.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Once the fee is paid, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn under any circumstances.
- For exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or errors during the transaction, you may contact the college administration for assistance.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have made multiple payments for the same service, you can request a refund for the excess amount.
- Transaction Failure: If your account has been debited but the transaction fails at our end, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
- Special Circumstances: For cases of withdrawal from a course or program, refunds will be subject to the college’s approval and policies, and processing fees may apply.
